1st Day:
Representatives from managers of 22 Tehran city districts and Mayer’s deputies attended the Tehran Municipality's Conference in Milad tower on 17 Feb 2011, to discuss the Tender weaknesses and flaws between 12 groups of attenders. Finally, attenders represented their top concerns and their offered solutions.
2nd Day (20 Feb), 3rd Day (22 Feb), 4th Day(24 Feb)
In these three days our attenders divided in 3 groups to continue discussion more detailed and determine how to improve tender processes with verifying current and Ideal situation.
